Good to know
- Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden extras.
- Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Everyone starts on Free, and you'll be told in the app when Pro opens. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
- “Looks back” is about your portrait — the long-term picture the coach keeps of you. Your whole history is imported on either plan; the plan only decides how much of it the portrait is built from.
- If you leave Pro, nothing is deleted. You go back to the Free question limit and a one-year portrait.
- Does it ever write to my intervals.icu account?
- No. Xcoach asks for read-only access and never changes anything in intervals.icu — no descriptions, no calendar entries. Its notes live in Xcoach.
- How do I export or delete my data?
- In Settings → Data. Export gives you a file with everything we hold about you. Delete removes your account and all your data, and revokes Xcoach's access to intervals.icu. Delete means gone.
- How much does it cost?
- Free gives you a reply to every session and 30 questions a month. Pro is US$5 a month and adds unlimited questions (fair use), check-ins when something's worth saying, and a portrait built from three years of history. See the pricing page for the details.
