Every ride,
noticed.
Xcoach reads your intervals.icu and writes to you after every session — a line on an ordinary day, a proper celebration when you break through. It remembers what you told it, and it only ever measures you against you.
Free to start · Read-only access · No questionnaireSame 14.3 km loop, 1:30 faster than last month and 4 beats lower. You rode that one easy.
Works with anything that syncs to intervals.icu — Garmin, Wahoo, COROS, Suunto, Polar, Zwift and more. Read-only: it never writes to your account.

It says as much as the ride deserves — no more.

It answers every session — at the right volume.
Most AI coaches either stay quiet or gush about everything. Xcoach keeps a ledger of what it already said and how often it praised you, so an ordinary ride stays ordinary and a real breakthrough still sounds like one.
It remembers you, and shows you what it remembers.
Your goal, your knee, the fact that weekdays mean after 8pm — kept in your own words, never paraphrased. Open “About me” to see every item, correct it, or make it forget. When you change your mind, it knows you changed it.
You vs. you, on the same road.
Commute the same route hundreds of times and your weekly totals barely move. Xcoach recognises the road and tells you what actually changed: the time, the heart rate, the day it all came together.

Questions
- Which sports? Do I need a power meter?
- Cycling and running, indoor and outdoor — anything intervals.icu records. You don't need a power meter: heart rate, time, distance and climbing say plenty. Data you don't have is skipped, never invented.
- Will it build my training plan?
- Not yet. You can talk through how to train in the chat, and it will take your goals and constraints into account. Automatic plans are on the roadmap.
- Why intervals.icu?
- It already does the analysis brilliantly and connects to almost every device. We add the coach, not another dashboard.
- Does it ever write to my intervals.icu account?
- No. Xcoach asks for read-only access and never changes anything in intervals.icu — no descriptions, no calendar entries. Its notes live in Xcoach.
- How do I export or delete my data?
- In Settings → Data. Export gives you a file with everything we hold about you. Delete removes your account and all your data, and revokes Xcoach's access to intervals.icu. Delete means gone.
